Identification Of Changes In Consumption Patterns For Business Adaptation During The Covid Pandemic And Post-Pandemic

This study aims to analyze the changes in consumption patterns of Indonesians during the Covid-19 pandemic and its impact on economic growth. Using a qualitative analysis method, this study identifies shifts in consumer behavior that occur due to social restrictions and health concerns. The results show that people tend to shift from in-person shopping to online shopping, with an increase in demand for essential products such as food and health supplies, while spending on non-essential goods has decreased. These changes not only affect consumer behavior, but also have implications for business strategies and economic policies. This research emphasizes the importance of understanding new consumption patterns to formulate policies that support future economic recovery.
