Pengaruh Pembelajaran Tematik Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa di SDN No.060837: Studi Eksperimen
Abstract
This study evaluates the effectiveness of thematic learning in improving student learning outcomes at SDN No.060837. Thematic learning integrates various subjects under a single theme, providing a more contextual and meaningful understanding. This approach is believed to enhance student motivation and engagement, developing social skills through classroom collaboration. Employing a quantitative approach with pretest-posttest control group design, the study compares learning outcomes of 60 fifth-grade students, split into experimental (thematic learning) and control (conventional learning) groups. Results show a significant difference in posttest scores between the groups (experimental mean = 85, control mean = 70, p < 0.05). Thematic learning positively impacts student learning outcomes. Schools should consider thematic learning to enhance the quality of elementary education.
