The transformation of education in the era of globalization requires changes in the role of teachers and the development of curricula that are able to prepare students to face global challenges. One of the efforts made is through the implementation of foreign curricula that are oriented toward the development of 21st-century skills, student-centered learning, and the use of technology in the learning process. This study aims to analyze how the transformation of teachers' roles through the implementation of foreign curricula can have a positive impact on improving the quality of global students. The research uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method by examining various national and international journals relevant to the topics of educational transformation, teacher competence, and the implementation of international curricula. The results of the study show that the implementation of foreign curricula encourages a change in the role of teachers from content deliverers to facilitators, innovators, mentors, and agents of change in the learning process. Teachers are required to have pedagogical, professional, and social competencies, as well as digital literacy skills and an understanding of global education standards. This transformation has a positive impact on improving students' quality, particularly in developing critical thinking, creativity, communication, collaboration, and readiness to face global competition. Therefore, strengthening teacher competencies through the implementation of foreign curricula is an important factor in creating more innovative learning processes and producing a generation of students who are adaptive, competent, and globally competitive.
