Teachers have an important role in helping children develop speaking skills. In this study, it was found that teachers provide training in pronouncing letters, provide motivation, and use media such as videos to support children's speaking skills. A school environment that provides facilities such as libraries, storybooks and learning media has a positive impact on children's language development. With supportive facilities, children are more motivated to speak and understand language more deeply. With support from teachers, peers, and facilities, children feel more comfortable speaking and interacting with others. The purpose of this study is to analyze how support from teachers, peers, and a positive school environment contribute to increasing children's confidence in communicating. Method This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, which aims to understand the development of early childhood language skills in the context of family, school and community environments. This research is a case study, focusing on how environmental factors influence early childhood language development.
